We as taxpayers, should insist that the Congress give the groups who are to receive the funds ...in PENNIES! And being photographed doing it.... Or better yet, declare that each penny of the amount that the House or Senator wants to give, should have to bring small rocks in lieu of pennies....each rock could represent one cent.... Just think how many pennies would be included in Hillary's $1,750,000,000.00 At least gathering rocks would give them something constructive to do, and make them stop taxing the few taxpayers left among us.....
