You need a beverage for the kids. As someone else said, the fruit juices that you suggest are terrible for kids. Those drinks are high in sugar-- bad for the belly, bad for the teeth, little nutritional value. The two drink choices should be milk or water. That's the way it used to be, and there were lower obesity rates when I was a kid. Milk is not causing obesity; fast food, junk food, and lack of exercise are causing obesity.
