They are custom built and I had the choice to pay now at cdn 1.03 and get a prepayment discount or pay full on delivery in the spring.I took the $1.03 and 5% discount.(paid now) So what does it mean?

It means your boats starts to suck bilgewater at above 5 kph when the US dollar goes below 95 cents.

I think the whole transaction was somehow a flagrant violation of the Harley-Smoot Tariff Act.

Yes, heard that about WD40, no plans to try it though, lol ... it has its uses as light lubricant but is highly overrated as bolt loosener ... my neighbour has a magic liquid, buys about a gallon size for big money every ten years or so, gave me a half pint and it works better than anything ever, can't recall the name but it goes deep and works hard, somehow intuitively you know not to get it on you ... ammonia would take that film off but there's none in the house, it's alright now because the wife didn't notice anyway

ast.v - i let a few go a while ago too, have them back and a few more, that blow-through financing knocked it down pretty good ... i don't think much of their involvement with that Grosso bunch that has been causing trouble for aqi.to, but Kurschner is a good guy imho, should reasonably be expected to break out of that at some point[?], and JJ looks pretty good for chances, while it's another tight fresh share structure, gotta love them ... small position, got ast-to-ktn at about 1-to-9 by cost basis

cme.v - didn't sell any yet, got very few, shoulda put more effort into sussing it out, still haven't

elo/cdy/chu - all look quite interesting, decided i want some Cassidy but haven't got it yet, most of my recent interest has gone to looking for leverage on known gold resources in secure jurisdictions, hence wgi.to and warrants on mr.to, epm.to ... but at some point it will feel more right to have maybe a quarter of p.f. in explo juniors likely to pop

ktn/gqc/goz - holding full positions in these ... so Tom is in Kootenay now, hmm, i'm still absorbing that ... confident where it's going, but no matter when it starts it will come as surprise, ya know how that goes? ... Nikkei down hard tonight, following friday in New York of course, gold back to flat, no hint where anything is going short-term, but we probably should expect volatility

Five per cent discount, well you get to dream about the boat all winter i guess -g- ... me i probably would have put the money into some flakey junior stock, as they mean more to me in the ugly weather, then paid for the boat in the spring with a cheaper usd ... or maybe not, boats are special, when you're in the mood
