Ted, the wildfires here are worse than in late 2003. There are 16 of them at last count, one of them right here in Irvine. They already determined that the cause of the Irvine fire was arson. Guess it takes all kinds of jerks to add to an already massive problem. I saw there was a fire in Lake Forest.....is that the same as the Irvine fire? How are the hills doing around Laguna Niguel? I worry about the people I know in Carlsbad and Del Mar. The Witch fire is heading straight for them. I agree with you about the buttholes who get hot starting fires but from what we're hearing, most of the fires were started by overhead wires falling from the Santa Anas and then sparking. Whatever.......its a disaster of huge proportions.
