No problem, just arrange for a complete cultural transplant. If you could turn them all into Canadians it would be a good start. Or Belgians. But definitely not Muslim anymore. There we have it then. Move all the present day Pal refugee camps to Belgium and Canada, let the Palestinians live there for 5-20 years, and after they have obtained their Overseas Secular Muslim (OSM) certificate, they then can legally immigrate to Pasreal and obtain Pasraeli citizenship. Then the problem just becomes how to prevent the Saudis from funding and influencing the Belgian school that trains the refugees on how to be good secular Muslims. Palestinian refugees want the right to live as equals inside Israel, the West Bank and/or Palestine No, they don't. They don't want to live as equals. They want to live as victors is a Jew-free Palestine. Go look at the negotiations. The idea that even one Jew should remain in Palestine is a complete nonstarter. Really? Do you really think that if a random million Pal refugees today were asked "Do you want to live as equals with present day Israeli citizens in a secular single state solution encompassing the lands of Israel-WB-Gaza?", that you'd get a majority "no" answer? That certainly makes things tough, if so.
