More likely, the answer will someday come from an economist with a mathematic model or highly complex regression equation that will find the optimal relationship between all the variables. Until then, we are working in the dark. To be so passionate and close minded is premature. The first thing we need to do going forward is make sure that we do no harm. To be nasty to the poor and helpless should be a non starter.
