Well if you afraid for your life and revealing wrongdoing, yeah... but if you are only offering an opinion, criticizing the government in Canada; an opinion which will be granted some credibility since apparently it is a panel member, then I'm not on side with anonymity. Maybe it's all made up.. The panel itself was not anonymous.. and they dealt a report more stringent that what was accepted.
