Blackie,

Our sandbox favorites are taking off this morning. Nice to see STP up 11% and NPE up 5%

"My sister lives in California and makes a great wage (so I'm not exactly uniformed or relying on some left wing / right wing rag as the case may be..) but it costs her an arm and a leg for health insurance.."

It would be interesting to know if the cost of insurance for us is less than the incremental taxes you pay.

What is the incremental tax rate on say $100k per year?

Frankly, I am not sure any longer. Here I think the city is 2.5%, the state is about 4 (after adjusting for deductibility) and the fed is about 28%. That means for every $ over some threshold the incremental rate is about 35%.
