Wayne, I don't feel it's our right to choose govts. for other countries, though we've been doing it for many decades. Any time you have a dependency on anything, you have a vulnerability. The Punic Wars were fought, at least partially, because Rome was dependent on grain from Egypt. Spain fought England for a couple of centuries because they were dependent upon gold and silver from Latin America and The Madrid Ship. And, the English, of course, were dependent on piracy. <G>
