Would you prefer to give government the power to restrict your access to medical care? Why so you prefer to cause premature deaths due to lack of medical care? Are you really that heartless?

Perhaps you would provide some explanation? Why would it be better for the government to restrict access rather than the market restricting access, assuming for the sake of this discussion that it does?
