Please keep us updated on the situation and keep us entertained. Thanks! I will. Technical support is nothing if not entertaining. There are only two types that would allow this simple an issue to get this far, complete morons and foreign nationals that do not have anything but a simple rudimentary command of the English language. It is my guess that Apple does not hire complete morons. Email and telephone support outsourcing would be a great idea if it was executed well and communication didn't break down. When the communication breaks down, the company is wasting their money, despite the cost savings.
