I agree. At some point the dropping dollar is going to matter and might the Bush administration try to stem the downfall? Might it come from the Bush administration or Bernanke? ......With last GNP at 3.9 and todays job report, they only way Ben will cut again is if something melts down from bad home lending IMO.

Gold has had such a rise - just the mention that someone is trying to do something about the dollar might cause a correction in gold?..... At some point will gold decouple from the dollar fall?
