See, that is one of the strange symptoms I have now. I CAN taste and CAN smell -- (no, I don't smelllll;) and some of the tastes are two 'brilliant'(as in sharp, or burning) for me. That's happened with my favorites like coffee and chocolate. Butter on items is now sooooo good. Butter (Smart Balance) is one of the ways I get sodium into food... Wonderful!!! And do you know that one doesn't have to pour half a bottle of terriyaki on something to get the flavor to the chicken, filet or salmon. Another Wonderful.
