You can fire commercial enterprises but can only deal with a tyrannical government by removing it or departing from its jurisdiction. A few anomalous individual situations don't a "tyrannical government" make. That's hype or paranoia. Anomalies happen and will always happen. Perspective is needed. Those anomalies tend to be either criminals or weirdos. The latter are your concern and I understand it. The biggest constraint in dealing with the weirdos is union law. Federal labor unions can become a cancer when weirdos are players. I have been extremely disappointed that the Bush administration didn't make any attempt to reform this system.
