Did she drop hat provision from her current version of HillaryCare? It has been widely reported about that being a provision of her illegal 1994-95 Healthcare Taskforce. I am not aware of anyone denying that.

"it would make providing medical care for a fee a felony? That is part of Hillary's healthcare plan."

That is part of Hillary's healthcare plan.

I don't know about Hillary's plan. But I do recall that, under Medicare, it used to be illegal to negotiate with patients fees in excess of of the amount that Medicare paid. I was all exercised over that and vowed to find a way to avoid signing up for Medicare. I don't know the details but I do know that is no longer the case. Got my Medicare card with merely a sigh and a whimper a few weeks ago, hopeful that it will continue to allow me to compensate my providers fairly and have access to physicians who won't work for the Medicare rates.
