I would guess that 3 days was enough for everyone who wanted out to sell their shares.
They are still growing revenues and make some little money enough to sustain operations. So I think the current level is pretty much the bottom. Maybe some investors with long term horizon will step in and buy some shares.

Sleup,

Difficult question to answer. With tax loss selling season upon us and depending if shareholders have gains to offset, we may see things slide through December. The only proviso to that is that if they announce some big orders for the new chips, that could turn things around sooner. Barring that, I think that a pe of 20 based on the present growth rate is appropriate and that would make Simtek shares fairly priced here. That is why I think that if they can announce some big orders, that would all be new growth that is over and above the presently announced growth rate and the stock may rebound.

Good luck.

Neal
