You have not figured in the contagion effects of a US slowdown on the monetary policies of other countries nor have you taken into accout the deleterious consequences of CAD, USD, GBP, etc. appreciation on those countries economies, trade deficits, etc.

The U.S. doesn't need to depreciate against the Euro, Sterling, etc. Anybody who spends 2 minutes in Europe knows this. The forward rates of these nations are just simply incorrect.

The currency valuation issues are strictly related to Asia.
