One can ask the simple rhetorical question where the answer is "NO" very strongly: Would Maxam report information deemed "insider" to person "SI's John" where this person "SI's John" is NOT authorized as being official source for Maxam Gold to communicate with shareholders, AND only do this on the SI's Maxam Gold board, and elsewhere like on RagingBull's boards? Based on the official Maxam Gold reports to shareholders, contained on their web site of which I extracted the important text below, one can conclude that the fact stated by John is NOT contained in any of the communication by Maxam Gold to its shareholders, BUT that which is reported by Maxam Gold to its shareholders is that Xcentia now has ownership and control of the extraction process technology developed by Maxam to provide an environmentally preferred alternative to the direct acid leaching method for gold extraction. All Xcentia has to do is a smoke-screen & song-and-dance transfer usage of this technology to a place external to the "terms of the agreement" such that this technology can be UN-"smoke-screen & song-and-dance" to work and generate revenue for whomever has ownership, which in this scenario likely include those most involved to keep the activity of Maxam Gold's past 2 years of activity hidden from shareholders. This mentioned "activity hidden from shareholders" includes Maxam Gold's complete exclusion of updates to 2006 press releases on their web site, and those individuals who do not speak for Maxam Gold posting on these investment web site boards not as stated unverified opion, but facts. ====================================================================== From: paunch13 11/7/2007 6:36:25 PMMessage 24035436 ...
