my feelings are the same ....

but I have to admit I *cannot* define bankrupt ...

In early 1990 (I think) Greenspan (I think) *did stuff*
to protect whatever the Citi was back then ...

and - I suppose - some kind of calvary will come
to their rescue ....

To sum it up:I is confused.

note:
that list of banks you listed on a subsequent post
is really the heart of the matter ...

and I think that bank in England that begins with
the letter H - is also in total shock about their
CDO etc. holdings .... but I could be wrong.
