It's not a benefit if you get a medicine that is not what it is said to be and causes you or your loved one's deaths. In times of terrorism and war, free trade that benefits the terrorists or countries associated with them is not acceptable.

Whether or not we have total reciprocity for the whole USA I do not know.

Even with the reciprocity with neighboring states we have had doctors who slipped through the safety net in Virginia due to shading the truth in the late 1990's and early 2000's.

If you have time to research the subject of reciprocity please let me know what you find. Another issue along the same line is the licensing of doctors who come from foreign countries. It's a state issue but also can be a national issue.
