OT -- One in two years? I thought it had been more than that. I have just returned to SI at the beginning of Oct following an intensive stay in real life... So I restarted by lurking first and see who was around still. Do I like the paid-for citizenship idea? As long as you have money, it is likeable... I see you still like to steer the pot... thinking about it more though, I am reminded that money is no indication of intelligence (raw) for one thing, and that with the amount of black (criminal) money around, most likely criminal elements would be the first to line up for the scheme.
