What say you all now?

Still don't take it seriously. You must rate Moqty's abilities far higher than any Iraqi or American who has dealt with him. He's basically a thug in a turban, and he wouldn't even be where he was if he weren't his father's son.

There is a lot of jockeying for position in the ongoing struggle for power. Of course Maliki is begging the shiites to close ranks, and that includes Moqty. It would be unexpected if he didn't. Hardly means that Moqty has achieved "dominance."
