Try again CJ. Herbert is "setting the record straight" by making false associations between racially-motivated murders and Reagan's "OMG states rights" phrase.

The only ones that seem to think Herbert has a valid point to make are those who share his contempt for anyone who doesn't march to the liberal elitist mentality. Then they run away claiming victory, thinking that anyone who tries to refute the argument is just trying to divert the issue.
