So maybe its that. I don't know so I''m not willing to rule out anything either way. At the same time I don't want to see fanatics on either side claim they have the answer because I don't think we know yet. The people going wild and claiming humanity is the problem don't really do it for me. OTOH the people saying that this is nothing and not worth researching don't do much for me either. All for or all against is easy because it doesn't require much thought. I'm sure there's a logical answer out there and some of it may require we make some changes. We're going to need to make changes anyhow - we have to find a better fuel source if for no other reason than to not be faced with a finite supply of energy. If we can do that AND its better for the environment - GREAT! What we can't do is assume we know the exact answer, throw zillions of dollars at the problem and in the end find out we knew nothing and nothing has changed. I have the distinct feeling that mother nature is at the wheel - not humanity
