That is a great idea. I have some of my mother's papers. If I could track down some of the magazine articles she wrote it would be really cool She had so many aliases, and I don't recall a single one, male or female. (Yes Virginia, women wrote using aliases as men when it would be more acceptable for the publication.)

She was beautiful woman who achieved quite a bit in her years on this earth. My sister gathered up most of her pictures from our mothers mothers' house and has not moved to share them yet.

My kids could help me with the project of publishing their grandmothers; papers. They might find it interesting and inspiring. My daughter shows signs of the writing ability that I never developed. It would please me to see it inspire her.

When I start going through some of her belongings her perfume lingers. That is an experience, to smell you mother who has been deceased for a long time. I once sat on the floor all day and remembered.

She was one of the few people I knew who could complete a Sunday NYTimes crossword puzzle without ruining their day much less week.
