But $3 of that would have been going toward a "Manhattan Project" to get us OFF oil! We probably would have SOLVED the problem by now and would be building out the solution. The Arabs and Venezuela would be panicked that their oil would soon be WORTHLESS. We'd have bankrupted the jihad's source of funds!

If only GORE had won..
