Over 100 years ago, the British were supplying opium, which definitely makes people feel good. But they were booted out. Now, the Chinese decide to drink ant muck, which makes people feel bad, not good. They riot when investors, obviously, lose their money. They should have kept the opium and perhaps also the British. Opium juice beats ant juice any day.

What they should invest in is 450MHz CDMA/OFDM cyberspace, but their government doesn't let them, insisting that the dopey TD-SCDMA is the way to go. Which it isn't. TD-SCDMA is like ant juice.
