Hillary like Nixon? I see it, but it's really damning with faint praise. Does she have the Nixonian character flaws as well?

But also like Nixon, she is intelligent and diligent and determined and tough and she has been through hell and back. She is experienced in a way that only her husband and President George W. Bush are experienced. She knows what it's like to get her head kicked in every day, day after day after day, for months and years on end. She endures.

As her compaign falters, I believe Clinton will get more 'scratchy', more strident, more schoolmarmish.

I take my cue from Bush and Rove........they keep pushing her in the press. That tells me they think they can defeat her.

I don't know a lot about the Kennedy election but I see Obama like Kennedy.....a dark horse[so to speak]. Its hard to believe now, but wasn't Kennedy's Catholicism a turnoff?

Obama's charisma and his differences have been important but the experience thing has concerned people. So what has he done.........is just to keep chipping away at people's resistence and I think its working.

Now with Oprah entering his campaign, even Hillary's women support is not safe.

I think this whole notion of starting a year and a half ahead of the election is a good thing. We get to see these people in all kinds of venues and experiences.
