Hi Marcos, yes i get all your points. Especially in mining, it is an extremely tight market for all involved if you are looking for experienced labour... I talked to my cousin in Sudbury (Falconbridge) and they are done poaching and cannibilizing their own contractors, so now the real crunch begins... Hardest post to fill? Mining engineer.

You always crack me up though... When was the last time you shopped around for heavy machinery? I hope it wasnt the 70s, cause you are 1. dating yourself 2. in for a rude shock...
I bet you they'll be some serious deals coming to the forestry sector (i am now in Williams Lake BC). Can't see how they can continue at the pace they had been going, pine beetle, high dollar, down and out housing market in the US...
