ElM, that's part of the problem. But fundamental to the problem is a lack of respect for other people by authorities. They have power and they love it. They are just chimps dressed up in pants with limited brains and language skills.

Their first approach is overwhelming power rather than reason and problem solving.

Many people will react to their approach in a suicidal reaction to them. That happens all over the world constantly.

It's the old problem of a hammer seeing all problems as being nails. Yes, there are many nails and the only answer is to hammer them down. But not all people are nails, even if they are not kneeling and bowing their heads to the authorities. Sometimes, authorities disguise themselves as criminals and are then surprised when people react to them as though they are criminals, which they all too often are.
