Some of the transactions have closed on the same day as the shareholder votes, others have taken several days. The closings mainly consist of the lawyers siting around a table exchanging documents.

I have noticed that in most of the recent new filings the designated time period for entering into a transaction has been increase from 18 months to 24 months.

Quite a hit on the warrants for OKN today with huge volume on the downside...hardly any volume on the OKN common with no change in price.

No announcement nor press release ... any thoughts?
