A market maker filed the 211. I can't really speak to the timeframe as I don't recall ever knowing that the 211 was filed before since it doesn't show up in the company's filings. Here's a link to SEC filings of another pinky I own that just started trading on the OTCBB on July 23. It looks like they had four back and forths with the SEC before satisfying them on the SB/2A, and it took from October to May to resolve everything. Does anyone know if the "Notice of Effectiveness" from the SEC means the SB/2A was finally deemed "good?" If so, it took over two months beyond that to finally start trading on the OCTBB. sec.gov
