The reason for that has been explained and those of us that travelled a lot in our careers like myself and John C. agree that it makes sense. Giving out advances willy nilly is generally frowned upon and apparently the police dept was slow in paying for expense account vouchers. In any event, they key isnt security, the key is adultery. Those that find that unacceptable in a politician would probably perhaps vote for Huckabee or someone with a more religious slant. I myself am more concerned about what the individual can do for the country then how he acts in his personal affairs. jdn
