I don't know if that was obvious info to you or not, but it was interesting to me. Yeah I knew all that. Plus they would package the sub-prime mortgages with higher quality and sell them. The thing is, from this point forward, it's not great to have all those folks default. It's not good for the borrower, it's not good for the lender, and it's certainly not good for the real estate market or neighborhoods. Lose-lose-lose-lose. Nobody wins. So what do you do?
