I'll match that.

Brought my G5 iMac to the Apple store.

The all in one with flat screen, still runs 10.3 about three years old NOT UNDER APPLECARE, so warrantee long gone

Shut down intermittently. Serial # not under recall.

They replaced power supply, no charge.

Next day turnaround (came late at night, was ready next afternoon)

I wonder if Dell would do the same.
