Yes, that's how I read it.
Novell reports earnings on the 5th, perhaps there will be something buried in the detail regarding SLERT.
Like Thomson Financial.

I bought more CCUR yesterday (with my winnings from ATVI).
It wasn't because of SLERT but rather SEAC's comments in their earnings. SEAC said they sold software in the Cox Phoenix market but on someone else's hardware. That is CCUR.
So with open software, CCUR is winning in head-to-head battles.

The other catalyst is what ever is happening with Everstream patents portfolio. In the last earnings call CCUR said they stopped the shopping. That implies they found a serious customer.
