Bad analogy. People have the right to experiment with embryonic stem cells. The only thing at issue there is do they have a right to Federal tax dollars to support it. If it makes you feel better, I don't think the Federal government should buy guns or abortions for people who have the right to one but can't afford it either. That's one thing I differ with Rudy on.

Oh please. If such a right were protected in the constitution, we all know you would fight to keep it alive.

In point of fact, if it were a right protected in the Bill of Rights, it should remain in place without constant meddling by people who don't agree with stem cell fiddling.


So what happens to that right if it's determined that other than embryonic stem cells work just as well? Does the right to fiddle with them still stand?
