If there's one jumbo buyer, how does the seller control?

There are a bunch of jumbo buyers worldwide. Ever negotiate with Home Depot? I have. There are only two meaningful accounts in the business HD and Lowes. Yet you manage to make the profit you need to keep going.... even government isn't dumb enough to negotiate it's suppliers out of business.

It's certainly possible if not probable that sellers would only get enough to keep them in business grinding out pills unless they had a really powerfully lobby, of course, which would add another cost or a bureaucracy that had gone native. Cost shifting from advertising to lobbying. Yep, that's helpful...

Outside of energy the drug industry probably has the most powerful lobby on K street. Why do you think they have such a sweetheart deal in the US?
