If you like COW, you will love MOO <G>

Seriously, MOO has done very well so far for my sister's IRA account.

Cow:

"The investment seeks results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the sub-index of the Dow Jones-AIG Commodity index. The fund is designed to reflect the performance of livestock. The index is composed of two futures contracts, lean hogs and live cattle."

So far the path of the COW stock looks a little spongiform.

I guess we ought to take COW and MOO and DBA, etc., to this thread:

Subject 24638

Except it is pretty inactive.

It looks like if you bought COW and pork and beef prices rose because of costly feed grains, so would the value of COW. Right? Sounds like a pretty safe bet to me. Is there something wrong with this simple view?

Better yet, MOO
