ENZ shrs were up 16.42% during the regular session, although they aren't doing too well AHs.<g>

The stock was clobbered on Sep 7 when it announced that the
U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut dismissed a patent lawsuit against Applied Biosystems that Enzo had in conjunction with Yale University.

But today the stock is trading again above the $12 level & seems ready to test the Oct 17 H at 13.35 <g>

The patents at issue were based on the work of Dr. David C. Ward at Yale University. According to ENZ, those patents had been recognized by the scientific and biotechnology communities for more than 20 Yrs. as groundbreaking achievements in the field of nucleic acid.
ENZ's President,Barry Weiner, noted that although they were planning on appealing the ruling,it related only to three expired patents, & it was unrelated to ENZ's ongoing operating business & it didn't impact ENZ's intellectual portfolio of more than 200 patents.

ENZ has had 2 consecutive Qs of double digit improvements on revenues & has been trimming its losses. The short position was around 15x its AvgDV. The insider reportedly hold > 15% & institutions > 20% with the float around 30.5M

It seems that ENZ should be able to close its Sep DG & be able to retest the $18 level, which would be a good % gain from present levels.<g>
