Like many republicans.........and democrats too I think.....I am having a very hard time deciding who to support. With the exception of Ron Paul.........who I do not think has the right approach to foreign policy (he really needs to explain exactly how he would approach radical Islam....in fact imo, every single candidate needs to do that. Will someone please bring that up at a national debate and spend some real time on it especially with the democrats?) .........they all (republicans) seem capable of running a large and important country in a complicated and dangerous world.

Rudy's liberal tendencies and back room deals concern me, and Thompson is coming off as unmotivated even though he has the best ideas when it comes to fixing certain social spending boondoggles. Huckabee comes off as a true conservative with some radical and interesting ideas for tax reform, but I am still not convinced he'd win a majority. McCain is a strong leader but carries some serious baggage i.e. McCain Feingold/Gang of 14 stuff. Tancredo and Hunter don't stand a chance at the nomination, so I don't think about them other than filling important roles in govt should a republican win the election.

I actually think being undecided at this stage is a good thing, and even though I was opposed to the early debates, I've changed my mind. They have been instructive and informative. Besides learning who the candidates are on both sides of the isle and what they believe, the debates have revealed a lot about their character and best of all has shown how manipulative and biased the MSM is.

Above all else, Americans need to understand that imo.
