LOL! That's the understatement of the year. I guess you and I must be missing the New Math or something. I can only figure that it is due to the crash in the dollar. While that has certainly helped cushion the blow in the stock market up 'til now, I suspect the dollar won't be as helpful in 2008 as competitive devaluation becomes more popular, and stretched currency moves finally get some correction.

A little shock in the emerging markets certainly wouldn't hurt either. Someday...
