Thanks for reminding me about the new cell phone law. I'm sure we'll hear a lot more about it on tv as we get closer to Jan 1. Guess I'll have to go out and get a new head set for someone for Christmas as we only have one in the house right now, and will obviously need another. Will make a good stocking stuffer.

I am printing this out and putting it on someone's desk that does some of these things on a regular basis. And sending it via email to wa st friends.

Wow, that's some serious clamping down. Not sure what Colorado is doing along those lines, but I agree tough measures are being called for. The older I get it seems the more defensive my driving becomes. I'm afraid of everyone on the highway anymore.

I can just about see the Atlanta drivers with these restrictions...ROFLOL They don't pay attention to the speed limit, why should they pay attention to anything else?

Woozer! Those new laws are pretty stiff....Not that I ever speed or anything like that....<ggg> I have been known to test the 5 mile guide a few times though.... KNOCK ON WOOD.....have a pretty good driving record....KNOCK ON WOOD. No use testing fate...

I thought we had longer on the cell thingee.....I was looking for my car cell extension today, and can't find it... the cell is so old the kids call it the brick....wonder if they make cords for it any longer? I like it because the keypads are bigger than the tiny ones of todays cell...

Thanks for letting us know...Am sending this on to family and friends...
