I am assuming a Dem would say, "no, it is torture"

Whoever is the Dem candidate will be asked that and will pussyfoot around a "maybe" answer. They don't dare come out against it in a debate with the other side.

A dem congresswoman...........didn't pay attention to her name.......when asked by O'Reilly just now if she'd approve of waterboarding if her child were going to die at the hand of a terrorist soon said: I'm a mother, a mother will do anything to defend her child, but I do not believer in waterboarding because it is torture and we (Americans) are better than that. And she also said that McCain is the only republican that is right on the issue.

Even some dems are saying that dems need to drop it or they will be viewed as hypocrites and soft on terror.
