Well..............there's no doubt that the presidency of Bush vs Clinton are handled differently within the media. I've sure been angry about that for as long as Clinton first came upon the scene.

I think someone should ask McCain how he would feel about waterboarding if he knew that his wife would be murdered by an islamic terrorist tomorrow, and someone knows where and by whom, but he isn't talking? I know that is taking it down to a personal level, but I can't help notice that since waterboarding has become such a hot button issue, opponents, when asked that question, invariably would do anything, including waterboarding to stop the perpetrator from harming one of their family members. So to me there is a double standard here. On the one hand waterboarding is justified if it means saving certain lives, but not justified if it means saving others.

I don't know how McCain would respond, and I also don't know how he would live with himself if a city were attacked and thousands of American citizens died because we weren't allowed to waterboard a terrorist to get information that would have prevented it.

I've read dozens of articles and wiki'd the heck out of it this morning. and I've read the opinions.........lots of going in circles. If we want to put this to rest congress should pass a bill that either legalizes it or not.

Because I know where I come down on it...........I'm really sick of the argument.........and I want it to be decided once and for all.
