Bush-cheney gave the orders to torture, no one else. then they openly lied about it many times on TV, and covered it up. There are some strange things happening now at the CIA. We may be seeing the rebellion of the intelligence community against Bush-cheney's lies and corruption. The CIA agents may be tough SOB's, but compared to Bush-Cheney they are highly ethical patriots. Bush-Cheney are traitors and criminals. Cheney in fact may be the biggest criminal we have ever had in this country. His engineerings of massive thefts from the public may have begun in 2000 helping Enron engineer the 50 billion dollar ripoff of California by the energy companies. But that was just the beginning. It's into the trillions by now. When you see news like Pat Tillman murdered, Halliburton employees rape woman, billions disappear in Iraq and Blackwater mows down innocent civilians, that's all Dick Cheney.
