What part of the first amendment don't you understand?

Or clown-free, for that matter?

Looks like you got
<<someone else from praying at a school board meeting is precisely her intention>>
from
<<one of the questions she asked was whether it was legal for the board to be opening its meetings with a prayer.>>
Seems like a legitimate question to me. A school board, like other parts of government in the U.S., is a tax supported entity, and not a religious institution. It has no business promoting a particular religion - or any religion. The attendees are welcome to pray all they want. They are not welcome to make their prayers part of the agenda (or to disrupt the proceedings).
<<she's committed her own political suicide>>
More like euthanasia.
<<insured [sic] she will achieve none of her likely liberal goals>>
I didn't see them stated in the article. Do you have a source?
<<Thank God for liberal intolerance>>
I'm sure God would say "You're welcome." It would be a poorer world indeed, if it were not for liberal intolerance. There would be nothing for "Christian" fundamentalists and Taliban to oppose.
<<liberals ineffectual politically>>
They are at their most ineffectual when they try to appease the right.
