"SPX to 800"

When I first read that - I thought it said SPX 500 - that's back to March 1995

SPX 800 would only take us back 4.5 years - March 2003 lows.

In the long term horizon of the equity markets, it would be inconsequential, almost expected.

In light of the hard-on type perma-bull market we've had since then, it is almost inconceivable to most.

It would certainly be a "cleansing" - and a big dose for the current generation that hasn't seen such a correction.
