Was mentioned on Cramer last night, but apparently he didn't see the news out that tanked it - $400 million convertible offering.

Hi JS, Yep, I don't understand the recent drop in price. The earnings weren't as good as expected a while ago, but the selling of some conv. bonds shouldn't mess with the price the way it did.

Is there some other news I missed?
