gore sucks as a pol but remember he was always a moderate guy with an interest in environmental issues. His new personna--who knows if this is what he really believes. Wharf said it earlier that we might see a Gore/Bloomberg indie ticket funded by Mike.

Gore is not very bright but his upbringing somehow imbued him with a desperate need to be President, or failing that, to save the world. This is new chosen hobbyhorse, and it's doing very well for him. It's clear that the greenies have no problem with the most ludicrous claims and propaganda if it's done as part of the "Lord's work." I guess that should be "Gaia's work" in this case.

Gore moderate? Gore is a socialist. Most Americans don't consider his politics moderate. It might be fair to say that he is a mainstream democrat (meaning he is in the middle of the left). It was amusing to see the new media calling a leftwinger moderate and the moderate candidate conservative. It certainly exposed their bias for all to see.
